Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment including Visa and Mastercard.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Please contact us at hello@moffii.com if you would like an international quote for shipping however you can find the details of many countries in the 'Shipping' section.
Please note that we may need to increase shipping charges slightly if you order two or more frames - we will always contact you as soon as possible should this be necessary.
All shipping quotes are at or below the cost charged to us, however please be aware that once the item has been picked up from our warehouse, the courier shipping costs become non-refundable.
Shipping to the UK mainland is free of charge. Please note that if you specify delivery to islands or highlands there may be a delivery surcharge however we will always contact you to let you know.
When ordering for delivery outside of the EU, the VAT (at 20%) will be deducted automatically however you may be liable for local taxes upon delivery.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days for items in stock.
We will always try and ship as quickly as possible - should you need your order urgently, please email or call and we'll do what we can!
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.

Moffii does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy applies to items purchased from Moffii Ltd via www.moffii.com
We want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase so if you have any questions, please either call us on 01273 390 666 or email hello@moffii.com
If you wish to return an item, you must do so in writing via email to hello@moffii.com quoting your order number and giving the reason for the return. We will issue you a RMA number - it is essential for tracking that you obtain this number and clearly mark it on the outer carton along with details about how to return it to our warehouse. Returns sent to the office will not be accepted - they must go back to the warehouse.
If you decide to cancel your order you can do so for any reason within 7 working days from the day after you received it, however you will need to pay for the order to be returned. Please be aware that you have a duty of care for the products until they are returned and we strongly recommend that you securely package your items and that it is fully insured to cover the full value.
Please note that if the hammock, mattress or sheets have been used then they can not be returned as it is impossible to restore them to the same physical state they were supplied in.
If you decide to return your order after this period, you can return it within 14 days from the day after you received it but it MUST be in the original packaging, undamaged and unused. If it is not, we will either return it to you at your expense or will not be able to refund you for it.
We will process your refund as quickly as possible and always within 30 days.
