Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy applies to items purchased from Moffii Ltd via www.moffii.com
If you wish to return goods please call us on 0845 257 7648 as we're very friendly and like to know if something's gone wrong and may be able to help. Alternatively email us at hello@moffii.com quoting your order number and giving the reason for the return.
We are proud of our products and want to make sure you are happy. We have a 14 day "no quibbles" guarantee. This means that that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us however it must be in its original unused condition and within 14 days of the date you received the item.
Please note that after 14 days we can only accept the return of used items if they have a manufacturing fault. All returns will be fully inspected before a refund is issued. If a refund is issued, a deduction may be made for the courier costs incurred by Moffii Ltd when sending out the items as we subsidise the costs.
The person returning an item is responsible for the return postage, packing and insurance. We strongly recommend that insurance is taken to cover the full value in case your item is damaged in transit. All our products are shipped from a specialist warehouse and must be returned to that warehouse correctly labelled. Full details will be emailed to you once you request to make a return.
